Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

This gorgeous log home with high vaulted ceilings, central heating, and air conditioning offers all the modern amenities and a warm mountain feel, in a beautiful setting. Just blocks from the shores of Big Bear Lake near Meadow Park, you will have all that you need for a most memorable experience here in the mountains.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, recess lighting, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating for 8.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, desk, and private bath. Second bedroom has two double beds. Third bedroom has double/double bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, 2 Keurigs, espresso maker, crockpot, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES -Heated game room in the garage with foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, Pac Man arcade with + 60 games, Xbox, and darts! Board games and card games. Desk with a chair along with an apple computer and printer. This home offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and a DVD player along with a movie library. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. .

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the large back deck and fenced yard!
