Nice stay, cleanliness and communication not great

Cleanliness was average, had to unfortunately vacuum the whole place as soon as I got there, which also suggests the place had not been mopped as well. A set list of chores were left by the company and it almost felt as though they relied on past guests to clean before the new guests came? We just found it a little odd we had to put the bins out on the road. Additionally, a small lack of communication on their end? The company messaged me asking what time I was set to pick up the keys and after I had messaged back (within 5 minutes) that we required after hours key access , they entirely disregarded my message and messaged me the next day about something completely different. We waited for a response , and on the day of arrival I had to call them before they closed because it was getting quite late and I still had no response. What happens if I didn't call? Why is the company able to send messages requiring a response but I'm not met with a response? However, overall the place was quite nice. Lawns were maintained and beds were made nicely.
