Spacious new 1 bedroom, extra soundproofed suite, located next to Mount Doug Park with its beautiful forest walking trails. Experience the immense beauty of the west coast from the backyard which backs onto the park. Parking available in the driveway or its just a short walk to the bus stop (10 mi to UVIC, 15 min to downtown). The ocean is a short walk away through beautiful forested trails. Close to the regional bike trail connector.
Close to all amenities. Private entrance, gas fireplace, walk in shower and free laundry on site.
This hidden gem, in a centrally located family neighbourhood is a cozy place to call home with everything you might need while working, sight seeing or snow birding in Victoria.

Great location next to Mt Doug. Cozy but lots of space with all you need for a quiet stay, easy checkin. Nicely renovated. Helpful hosts.

Victoria getaway

This is a quiet area just on the outskirts of Victoria. Everything in the unit was nice and clean with everything we needed for a few days stay. Our host Anthony was very helpful and informative.

Victoria BC Getaway

We spent a week here and it couldn’t have been better!! Anthony greeted us upon arrival and gave a tour/orientation. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Including a bbq and outdoor space. I want to get the same Ninja I used there - it did it all!! Perfect location to spend the day downtown and relax at night. And a quick walk through the forest gets you to the seashore!

The Quiet, Study Oasis

I was in Victoria for a week long course at Camosun. The Urban Oasis was the perfect Vrbo to stay at! It was a very short commute to the college and close to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. The suite was very quiet, so very perfect for reading and studying! Anthony is a very quiet and accommodating host!

Better than a timeshare resort

My parents trade their timeshare for different locations every year and said this was by far nicer and better value than they have ever had thru their timeshare. . Host was very quick to respond to questions prior to the trip and gave a great orientation upon arrival, and even accommodated mobility issues making the stay more enjoyable. My only concern is that this will become so popular it won’t be available the next time we need it!!
