Located at the base of an escarpment this home is surrounded by bushland out the back, it's very quiet and peaceful - but still only 2 mins drive from the centre of Palmerston.

• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable

• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, food processor and blender.

• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items (oils, sauces etc.) provided

• Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, walk-in robe and attached home office area

• Second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed

The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, opposite a park and backing onto the escarpment. There is a 2.7km long bush track along the escarpment that is accessible through a side gate in the backyard.

Amazing family holiday

Perfect property for our family of 5. Super kid friendly with toys and books available. Plenty of bed options, really clean, quiet location not far from shops/parks etc. Host was amazing and really accommodating. Highly recommended this property

Great, safe location, perfect for families

Upon arrival we were impressed with the location, secluded and safe. The house catered for our 14, 6 year. Everyone had room to have time alone or spend together. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. Being at Palmerston is the perfect location, 15-25 minutes from all the best locations in town, but also if you want to do trips to beautiful waterfalls your that much closer then staying in the city.
