Water access cabin on Nelson Island. 250' of lowbank waterfront in Blind Bay

Enjoy a summer vacation off grid and away from it all. Property is a full acre with some old growth trees and private waterfront. Enjoy the private dock for swimming or kayaking around Blind Bay. Solar system provides ample power with 3000w inverter and backup generator. Cabin is on a septic system with flush toliet, large walk in shower and on-demand hot water. Propane cooktop, outdoor grill and electric fridge make preparing meals easy a breeze. Arrive in your own boat or take a 10 minute ride on a water taxi from the Government dock in Saltery Bay.
