Upon entering the condo, you will find an open-concept floor plan with a coastal vibe. The spacious kitchen adjacent to the front foyer offers all stainless-steel appliances, ample countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a breakfast table for two in the kitchen. The main living space has high vaulted ceilings and a coastal atmosphere, with a high-top dining table, an “L” shaped sectional, an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. Adjacent is the Florida Sunroom, with seating for two and plenty of natural light glistening through the windows. The screened-in lanai is perfect for your morning coffee. It is serene, with nothing but nature surrounding you.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, three large paned windows, and a TV. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has a dual vanity with a large walk-in shower that has a handheld showerhead. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large dresser, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo.

Don’t miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach that are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park (the third largest state park in Florida), is a popular spot to bike, walk, and run, as well as Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, where an 8-mile trail runs alongside a former railroad corridor.
