Suited us just fine

A group of four came for a week of golf and friendship. The rental had everything we needed. The home was very well kept. Hope our schedules work so we can rent again next year.

Amazing property

We loved the location and the host thought of everything. A welcome basket with snacks and a coupon for a free park admission were so appreciated. The house had EVERYTHING we could have needed and was very clean! Easy to check in and perfect for our spring training vacation! We all agreed it was one of the best equipped places we have stayed. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, space was perfect. Hostess replied promptly to any concern. Very special having a welcome basket. We golfed and watched baseball. Perfect location for everything we needed. Hope to be able to rent again next March. Thanks for a fabulous vacation.

Spring vacation

Great time spent with family. The house was clean, well equipped with all essentials, comfortable and great location for to get in and out of for all our activities. Tho we didn't have kids with us, the park areas in this community were great. Could use dressers or some sort of clothing storage in the two queen rooms. No one wants to live out of a suitcase for 2-weeks. The new grill was great, and we ended up using it quite a bit. I would suggest updating/increasing the outdoor furniture. We loved being outside when we could, but not enough chairs for all of us and one was seriously ripped ready to have someone fall through. Be advised this house is located on a busy street and near Luke AFB so can be loud early am, late pm. All in all, a great time!

Annual girl trip

This VRBO afforded plenty of room for all the ladies...and enough space for alone time. Beds were very comfortable, but could use new pillows. We appreciated all the little touches...toiletries and snack basket!!! Downstairs sofa was not comfortable...for either tall or short people! One thing I would add is a small lamp in the bunk room that could be turned off and on while in bed, instead of just the ceiling light. Danette was always available to answer all of our questions...we had trouble with pool fob as the instructions say...Do not share code...and there is a keypad...would assume you would have to punch in a number...instead you just place the fob on a black bar next to the gate. Again ...Operator error! Also had trouble with the TV pixelating on Netflix...probably poor signal. Overall...would absoluetly recommed this house. Good location...quiet, clean neighborhood(but could hear traffic noise early in the am as we had windows open) Luke jets not a bother...how much safer could it get!!! Home could use updates, but it was clean...which for us is more important that updates! Thank you Danette for the memories!

Out of town gathering for USTA Nationals

Thank you for a beautiful home away from home during the USTA Nationals. Everything worked out wonderful. The owner replied to all messages in a timely manner. We had NO problems! Kitchen was well stocked and living area was awesome. Pool was only a few homes away and was well maintained. Everything was PERFECT. It is also very close for Spring Training Baseball. Thank you for everything! Hope we can return next year!

What a great place!

We absolutely loved the house...it was super clean and roomy and had all the amenities you could hope for in a rental. The location is also fantastic for spring training baseball and as a jumping off point to go hiking in the the various mountains in the area. We look forward to visiting again!! Thanks so much!!!!

Winter escape

Loved our stay at Danette's home in Sierra Verde. Home was so comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. Had one small issue with a faucet and it was resolved quickly. Would definately stay here again and refer others.

Great surprise in Surprise,

This is a great house for a large family. Excellent kitchen/great room. Sleeping areas are in parts of the house. Several different sitting areas. Close to pool area. Very close to Surprise Stadium. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Nice green area next t to house with several others close by. Great place to ride bikes.

Great property, location and overall set up!

This property is in a great location in Surprise with everything you need! The owners are amazing and make your stay so comfortable. The home is stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the essentials! The patio is so relaxing as you grill out while the sun goes down. The pool is so close as well as the grassy areas! I hope I can stay there again soon! So thankful for this time staying here this spring!! SAZ
