Animal Hair Everywhere

I stayed with a group of girlfriends. The location and setup is nice but there was animal hair everywhere. You couldn't sit down without getting a bunch of hair on your clothing, including the beds. I understand the rental is pet friendly but we did not have pets with us. So, the hair on the beds was from a previous stay. I also reached out to management a couple of times before the stay to ask questions. The emailed answers were generic copy and paste and did not answer my questions.
