A grand entry leads to the downstairs King bedroom with full en-suite, and the large and ambient Living/ Dining /Kitchen zone, featuring a stunning well equipped gourmet kitchen offering induction cooktop, double oven, dishwasher and Juro coffee machine.

The flawless views overlooking the inground swimming pool showcasing Lake Mulwala, are spectacular.
Directly out the large glass kitchen side door, there is also a BBQ area containing Gas BBQ, bar fridge and outdoor dining table that seats 6.

Upper-level family retreat features a kitchenette with Delonghi coffee machine and bar fridge, for that morning cuppa and three further bedrooms. The lavish King master suite with floor to ceiling windows framing the direct lake views, also contains a spacious ensuite.

2 Queen beds, both with ceiling fans and robes.

Luxurious main bathroom has bathtub, and shower.

In the summer months, the entire home contains zoned ducted cooling. Large, double glazed sliding doors also allow the natural lake breeze to keep the space cool. In the few colder months, zoned and ducted heating and a gas log fire make this a warm and cozy space.
