Nice house, couple of tweaks needed!
Note the TVs in 13/ and 16/ are no longer there. The wood-burning fireplace on entry level does not work (flue switch broken- there’s no draw and no way to adjust it), and there is no gas key for the upper level gas fireplace. The only “fireplace” available is the electric fake one, downstairs in 13/ which would be nice if there was a TV to watch in the room as shown in the listing pics but there in no TV anymore!
Great kitchen appliances and seating, awesome views when the sky is clear! However the kitchen needed a few more basics such as regular tongs, a few additional pots, foil and definitely get some mixing bowls!
Overall the house was clean at a glance, don’t look too closely however as there’s dust bunnies and all the area rugs need a good clean, as do bathroom mats which don’t appear to be laundered between guests, and the tile laundry floor was gross and grungy.
The lack of TVs in the joint living room downstairs was a real bummer, as was the tv missing from the downstairs king bedroom.
Also had significant water leakage coming through the garage ceiling from the bathroom above!! Dripping out of the ceiling and long light fixture in the middle of the garage opposite the house-garage entrance door, which I informed about and had zero reply, so I hope that’s fixed. I wouldn’t let your kids play, or your car be parked underneath that incase it falls down!! I sent photos and hope it was addressed bc if that was my house it’d be a plumber emergency situation!
