Our seasonal rental townhome contains over 1600 square feet under air and it is located in Paseo - an amenities rich gated community minutes to Daniels Parkway and I-75 in Fort Myers, Florida. The community includes a resort style heated regular and kids pool, a full tiki bar, an on site pub and bistro, a movie theater and a gym! The Space:
Welcome to our charming townhome, where comfort and convenience await you. As you approach, you'll discover a hidden gem - a 2-car attached garage accessible from the serene alleyway behind the property. Our townhome is located on a quad in Paseo meaning that it has semi-private pool access just outside the home!

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting kitchen, featuring pristine white cabinets and luxurious granite countertops. Whether you prefer a casual meal at the four-top dining table or perched on one of the four kitchen counter barstools, this space is perfect for any dining occasion.

The kitchen seamlessly opens into a spacious family room, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. Here, you'll find two cozy sofas, two plush ottomans, and a large TV, setting the stage for relaxation and entertainment. Plus, there's a convenient half bathroom on the first floor for your guests' comfort.

When it's time to rest, retreat to the second floor, where all the bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged. The primary bedroom, with its generous King-sized bed, offers a view towards the front of the townhome. The attached main bathroom pampers you with dual sinks, a soothing soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.

Perfect for kids and grandkids, the second bedroom boasts two twin-sized beds and a smart TV, ensuring everyone's comfort and entertainment. Meanwhile, the third bedroom welcomes you with a cozy Queen-sized bed and its own smart TV. Both the second and third bedrooms offer easy access to the second full-sized bathroom, complete with a tub and shower combo and a single vanity.

For added convenience, the washer and dryer are situated on the second floor, making laundry chores a breeze and keeping your vacation experience stress-free. Come and enjoy your stay in this beautiful townhome, where every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from Paseo!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation if booking. The application to the association is all done online on Tenant Eval

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
