This 3-bedroom home is a sanctuary of charm, adorned with paintings, ornaments, and a collection of books and games that will make you feel right at home. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and homely furnishings, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

This house is centrally located in the city, there may be some city noises during the week. However, the weekends are very quiet. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend choosing the back bedroom for a more peaceful rest.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is perfectly situated in the center of Bendigo, offering convenient access to all amenities and attractions. You'll find yourself next to Ellis Wines, a 5-minute walk from the railway station, and only 2 minutes away from Awaken Coffee House. Dan Murphy's is just a minute away for any beverage needs.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll reach the Marketplace shopping center, offering supermarkets, various retail shops, and cafes. The cinema is just around the corner, and cultural attractions like the art gallery, theatre, Valentine's Antique Gallery, and Rosalind Park are all within easy reach.

Getting Around:
All conveniences are within an arms reach. On days when a leisurely stroll isn't on the agenda, the Bendigo Railway Station, just 450 meters away, where you will find a hub for various bus services.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded. More information about this is provided after booking, but please also reach out to our team for more information.
