Cabin style 2 Bed 2 Bath Ski In/out Condo with Amazing View.

Cozy and renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 level condo with an amazing view of the Monashee Mountains in a very family friendly building. The building has easy ski in/out access and is a short 5 minute walk to the village. The unit has been tastefully decorated and renovated and has a real cabin/chalet feel complete with log pillars and beams. The unit is very spacious with over 1200 sqft on two levels. Our condo is perfect for two young families with plenty of space. The building has an elevator so no need to climb stairs.

The living room has a queen size Murphy wall bed in addition to a new double size sectional sofa bed. The stone fireplace has an electric insert with multiple settings. There is also a flatscreen TV with DVD which includes Telus Optik TV with a great selection of channels and access to pay per movies. We also have an Apple TV with Netflix, NHL Game Center (yes you can watch pretty much any game live or replayed), high speed WIFI as well as a Bluetooth Sound Bar which you can link up to your phone or tablet to stream music or enjoy a movie with surround sound. We also have a good selection of DVD's that you are welcome to enjoy. Steps to the outside deck allow you to relax and enjoy the sun and incredible views. The patio has 5 Adirondack chairs.

There is a washroom on the main level with tub/shower and a Sauna off the washroom that would fit up to 4 adults.

The kitchen is complete with new stainless appliances including a dishwasher. There is an eating bar with 3 stools and the dining area has a large log style table with enough room to seat 7. All dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker with filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cloths, salt/pepper, etc are provided.

The bedrooms are located upstairs and there is a additional washroom on this level with tub/shower.
The master has a queen size log bed, separate day bed and a new 4K smart TV with Netflix, NHL Game Center and Telus Optik TV.

The second bedroom has a double log bunk bed and 2 small pull-out chairs that create a twin size bed. Bedding will be provided and left in the closet if the guest specifies that it is required. You can put the kids to bed and still be able to enjoy your evening on the main floor without having to worry about waking them.

There is one underground heated parking stall with carts available to bring in all your gear. The parking stall is right next to the elevator so access is very easy. There is also one outdoor parking stall included. Both parking passes will be provided.

The ski in/out is located on the 6th floor and is easy to access from the unit using the elevator. There is a ski storage room located right next to the ski out door to store your skis/boards. We also have a separate locker located on the second floor for skis/boards & gear. The ski out is right from the back door down to the Mogul Track then on to Perfection run which takes you to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost or Plaza Chairlifts. The ski-in is off the Mogul track right to the same door.

Guests have access to the entire condo with the exception of 3 small storage closets that we use to store our personal belongings.

The building also has a shared hot tub on the 6th floor with a games room, waxing room and coin-op laundry.

This unit has just been recently professionally renovated with complete new flooring, carpet, paint, countertops, and appliances.
