The living room is open and spacious with a large dining area with a table that seats 6 and can accommodate up to 40 people for any sort of mini event when needed. Kids will enjoy the toy room which is packed with all sorts of games and toys, and all those musical will have a great time by the Piano. The serene private outdoor terrace brings in tons of fresh air and includes a gorgeous heated pool and BBQ grill area, overlooking the neighborhood. -No loud voices and no loud music outside the house especially at the pool area after 10PM.

-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depends on availability but with an additional cost.
