The Space:
This alluring new home provides an ideal blend of nature and modern architecture surrounded by a lush tropical environment. You’ll enjoy a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests in a beautifully designed 105 m2 | 1134 sq ft space with an inviting atmosphere.

As you enter, you’re greeted by a magnificent open living space with plenty of natural light and direct access to the patio and pool area. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches and attractions of Tulum.

There’s a spectacular and fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. You’ll even have extras like a coffee machine and a dishwasher and about everything needed to feel right at home.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor, feature ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the pool and patio area via splendid wall-to-wall glass sliders. Bedroom 1 has a plush king-sized bed, and Bedroom 2 has a double/full-sized bed, and both bathrooms feature stand-in showers with deluxe rainfall shower heads.

Outside, you'll find a private pool and patio area where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature-filled views.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the trendy La Veleta area about 2.4 km | 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Tulum and an 8-min walk to the beach road at Ave Kulkukan, which leads to Tulum’s famous beach road filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-famous dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs.

You’re also not far from the best grocery store in town, Chedraui (3.9 km | 2.4 miles from the property)

Tulum Mayan Ruins and refreshing freshwater cenotes like Cenote Escondido and Cenote Cristal are nearby as well. And when you’ve had enough beach, head to the Si’an Kaan Bio Reserve for a river float! There are also X-park|Eco-parks like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The home is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed, just let us know!

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
