The Space:
If you are looking for a luxurious and warm place to go home to as you go around Dubai, this is the ideal home for you! The apartment radiates modern vibes and luxury as it's furnished with elated pieces of furniture and equipment for your comfortable living.

The spacious and immaculate living area will certainly be your favorite relaxing spot, as it comes with a comfy sofa set and a big flat 65” TV screen where you can enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies while relaxing! A classy marble coffee table, oversized windows, abstract wall art, and a beautiful ceiling light complete this area. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi; quickly catch up with your office emails or running errands.

In an open kitchen, cooking, eating, and lounging become a continuous energetic flow. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to make a quick meal or a grand one. Feast together and serve the freshly cooked meals to your loved ones in this classy dining area, which comes with a rectangular dining table accompanied by four upholstered dining chairs with gold steel accents that will surely elevate your dining experience.

Fall asleep on the comfortable king-sized bed at the master’s and a queen-sized bed on the other, both of which are fitted with hotel-quality linens, a soft mattress for a good night's sleep, bedside lamps, and built-in wardrobes. The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a waterbus, tram, or train, those options are nearby so you can choose which one.

The Marina Terrace Waterbus Station is about two minutes away. Routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The Dubai Marina tram station is a few minutes away. You can get on it if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and others. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
