About this property

Located in a residential neighborhood 1 mile east from the center of town, off the beaten path but close enough to still enjoy the beaches,clubs, bars, restaurants, etc. The Villa sit high on a bluff with a view of the ocean,city and the valley of Huahuatay. The studio is located about the other 2 units, A small balcony is located right outside the door were you can sit down and have a cup of coffee . It has stairs, wood flooring ,a queen size bed, full kitchen where you can cook your meal , and a small cozy bathroom. perfect for a couple who just want a short get away. I can accommodates up to 4 guest a folding bed and floor mattress will be provided.

Mixed feelings

The owner was extremely pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. However, there was a very tiny bathroom. My husband could barely squeeze past the sink to use the toilet. There was only cold water in the shower. It is in a slum. But it was secure, so I felt safe. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. The bed was really comfortable!! However, we paid for four nights and we’re only able to stay for one day due to the bathroom.

What an amazing host and place!

This was my first Vrbo stay and Christy set the bar. Upon arrival Christy greeted me. Shows me and family around the place, hands me the key and offers any help that may be needed. The place is amazing. Very secure location. The bed absolutely comfortable and must admit I miss it already! Shower is great with a wand. Restroom is a bit small but nothing to worry about. There is a fridge, sink, a portable gas stove, and some dishes. Very well furnished location. Christy is an amazing host and I definitely recommend her location!

Nice place.

Great price, nice place. Had issue with ants and dogs barking at night nearby. Otherwise a secure and comfortable place to stay. Entrance Stairs may be an issue for elderly or handicapped.

The owners are long time residents of Rosarito and live on the property.

If any type of immediate service is needed (emergency hospital care, etc.) it will be immediately available.
If dental work is needed or automobile repairs are needed (body work, suspension, electrical, mechanical, etc.) I can recommend the clinic and shops that I have researched and used personally for years, that can save you money.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a quiet, safe residential area of Rosarito. Because it is on a high bluff overlooking the valley of Huahuatay the view to the ocean is beautiful and the sunsets from the units are spectacular!!

Since the location is 1 mile from the center of town, all of the restaurants, bars, nightlife and beaches are close by.

What makes this property unique

With all of the amenities that are part of the apts, view, secure lodging, closeness of town -- with the price we have to offer -- is very attractive!!!

All our units include Dish Network cable.
The price includes free parking that is enclosed and secure for 1 car!

*We use water softener treatment for all out unit. You will feel the deferent between hard water and soft water when you shower. Enjoy !
*We also provide reverse osmosis drinking water to all our unit, please let us know if you need to replace your bottle.
*We also have a back up water system so please let us know right away if water pressure are low.
