First floor - master bedroom has walk-in robe, ensuite, shower and toilet, a fifth bedroom, with a separate toilet, and a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with a smart TV, a soundbar, and a cozy Coonara wood heater. This open space connects to a treetop outdoor deck.
The expansive garden space with covered area, comfortable lounges and seating. On the first floor, wrap-the around deck has breathtaking views with seating and a BBQ. Ample parking in the 4-car carport and driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles or boats.
For your peace of mind, external security cameras safeguard the premises.
Modern Spacious Kitchen: The fully-appointed kitchen with everything you can imagine. Induction glass cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Heating and Cooling:
Experience year-round comfort with two wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioners (one in each living area), a warm and inviting Coonara-style wood heater, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 2, 4, and 5, electric panel heaters in bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5, and electric blankets on all queen-sized beds.

LINEN: Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to BYO LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY 2023
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
