Caboose Farm is a compound made up of six fully furnished homes. Totaling 24 bedrooms, the homes come with full kitchens, sitting areas, and beautiful, picturesque views. Everything you need is provided giving you a private vacation, but in close proximity to major cities, wineries, golf, and hiking. It does not get better than this!

Depending on the number of guests, you can rent one home, two homes, or all six!

Please note all houses on the property have ring doorbells.

Caboose Farm - Washington House

We rented Washington House at Caboose Farm for a family vacation. It is in a beautiful setting and a great location, (well within 40 minutes) to visiting historical sites and other fun activities in the area, including hiking, Gettysburg, Harpers Ferry, good restaurants, wineries, escape rooms, and parks. There is also convenient grocery shopping nearby. We had a wonderful time!.

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place and Colby was a great host. He was available and very helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Thanks for a wodneful stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

We rented this house as it was a middle meeting point for a small group of us. The house was great. The Property Manager was great and came to check in and make sure things were good. We had a great stay! Would definitely recommend bringing a few throw blankets as it can get pretty chilly inside even with the heat on. Beds were comfortable. We are hoping to stay again this fall! Great time! The view of the pond is beautiful!

Great Stay

We used the Washington house for Friendsgiving! Colby was more than accommodating. We needed a long table and a short one for the food and additional seating and when we arrived Colby had it in the home already for us. The house was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably as well
