Family room can be used as additional sleeping space, crib and playpen onsite with infant pool safety equipment as well. 90' fold away patio doors opening up to oversized 1600 sq/ft fully screen lanai with beautiful inground heated pool with Baja ledge and hot tub, outdoor living room, tv, and seating areas for 12+ people.
Minimum 30 day stay
Community resort style pool, state of the art gym, pickleball and basketball courts 5 minute walk as well as 2 story Publix grocery store. Just a short 15 minute drive from RSW airport as well as some of Florida's best shopping, Coconut Point / Miromar Lakes and Gulf Cost Center are all 15 minutes down the road. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches and great adventures.

Perfect
The house and hosts exceeded our expectations in every way! Plenty of room for our family of six. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool and deck were lovely and we loved watching the beautiful birds in the lake. (We even got a glimpse of an alligator!) Wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking each morning. Tina was an excellent hostess and has created a wonderful environment for making Florida memories! Thank you!

The house was in perfect shape. Couldn’t have had better accommodations. All the rooms and the outdoor pool area was so aesthetically pleasing. My family loved every minute there. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

From the welcome note we received from Tina & Rob, until the moment we left, everything was wonderful! The house is absolutely lovely (even better than the pictures). The outdoor space is amazing! The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay comfortable. You really don't need to leave to do anything as the pool, hot tub and entire lanai are so relaxing. It will be even better when the Publix within the subdivision opens. Thank you for an AMAZING getaway!
