While we cover basic power needs for a comfortable stay, extended use, especially for air conditioning, will require for you to purchase any additional cash power credits for the electricity to remain active. Power consumption varies based on the AC's BTU rating, its usage duration, and the time of day (During the hot peak of the afternoon sun, the aircon uses more power to maintain a cool temperature). Each room and living area in our holiday homes has air conditioning with varying BTU ratings, such as 9000, 12000, and 2000 BTU. On average, continuously running a single room aircon can cost anywhere between $10-20 tala daily.

✓ Modern Oasis in Vaitele is perfectly positioned near central Vaitele township and amenities. However, close to the main road that can be busy during morning rush and some peak times, but evenings are generally calmer.
✓ Occasionally, you might hear distant dogs barking at night, especially during their brief mating seasons, roosters crowing in the early morning, or birds chirping in the afternoon. This is a common local occurrence, but might be unfamiliar to international visitors.
✓ Our homes in Samoa typically have louver pane windows due to the warm climate, which may allow in more ambient noise compared to thicker, double-glazed windows.
