Welcome to Kapiti Magic!

Watch the fabulous Kapiti sunset and ocean views from the balcony. Have a barbecue on the deck, read or dream under the Pohutukawa tree in the garden, and just an hour north from Wellington!

Spacious enough to enjoy all year round, our fully fenced beachfront house is all you need to unwind after a day at the beach swimming, surfing, or fishing.

For your added pleasure there is a large spa bath, a wood fire, and a large fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up your favourite meals. Board games, smart tv, and free wifi, plus a large dining table can seat 10 guests for your special family meals.

The Kapiti Coast offers many natural attractions, restaurants, picnic spots, golf, and cycleways for you to enjoy. Shops, cafes, swimming pool, golf course and services are just a few minutes up the road.

Relax in the large main bedroom with ensuite with spectacular ocean views while the large second bedroom can be configured for 2 single or 1 double bed. A conservatory has a roll out bed/couch for a 5th person.
