The Space:
Welcome to your new favourite beach house. On the outside, the beautiful home offers off-street parking and is only a short stroll down to the Lulworth beach shoreline.

Enter into the open living-dining-kitchen space to find a simply stunning coastal oasis. With elegant furnishings, inviting living spaces, endless entertainment options, and spectacular ocean views, you may never want to leave!

The living area features comfy seating, a toasty fireplace and a smart TV for when you need a break from the views.

Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, which is decked out with many contemporary appliances, cookware and essentials.

The dining space houses a delightful 4-seater dining suite and board games galore. Enjoy dinner with a view, with the expansive glass windows stretching over the entirety of the space, providing a picturesque backdrop from all angles.

A seamless transition to outdoor living is just a step away. Make your way onto the sun-drenched front deck and take in the sea breeze. Sit and relax with a hot beverage or a cheeky wine in hand while gazing across to the crystal-clear waters.

Fall asleep to the sound of the nearby crashing waves. The home features 2 bedrooms, one housing 2 cosy single beds, the other a comfy queen. Here, the sea views continue from the comforts of your bed, although this may make leaving a little bit trickier.

The home's lovely bathroom features a walk-in shower, essentials and vanity storage space for your belongings. A washing machine is additionally located within the home for your convenience.

Out the back, you'll find a backyard patio with a BBQ and plenty of seating where you can entertain for hours.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the north-eastern shores of Tasmania, Lulworth is a peaceful and idyllic seaside town, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The town showcases the best of Tasmania's natural beauty, with walking paths nestled among protected vegetation bordering the shoreline. These paths offer diverse features such as volcanic rock pools, sandy foreshores, rocky shorelines, sea caves and windswept cliffs. Fishing enthusiasts will find year-round opportunities for catching Gummy Shark and tasty Flathead from mid-December to the end of January.

Lulworth boasts two sandy beaches: Lulworth Beach and Fanny’s Beach. Lulworth Beach, stretching 1.6 kilometres, overlooks the bright blue waters of Tam O'Shanter Bay, providing an ideal spot for walking or relaxation. The western end offers shelter from the winds, thanks to Black Rock Point, while the eastern end has moderately sized waves for surfing. Named after a boat called ‘Fanny', Fanny’s Beach, to the east, is a smaller, curve-shaped beach with a narrower strip of sand—an excellent option for windier days.

There are plenty of additional beaches sprinkled around nearby including the sheltered Weymouth beach which can be accessed via Short Street, Pipers River and Millers beach in Bellingham.

For golf enthusiasts, Tam O’Shanter Golf Course is open to visitors, featuring a coastal nine-hole green and an eighteen-hole course. The Club House additionally operates a restaurant on Friday nights. Are you a true devoted golf enthusiast? Then, a drive to Barnbougle is a must. Immerse yourself in a world-class golfing experience with a choice of three renowned courses – The Dunes, the Lost Farm and Bougle Run.

While Lulworth is a peaceful town with no shops or amenities, it is the perfect hub for exploring this lovely region of Tasmania. A 30-minute drive east leads to the charming town of Bridport. Here, you'll find two IGA supermarkets, plenty of eateries, beautiful beaches, and the Bridport Distilling Co. which is located in a transformed church, offering a vast selection of wine, spirits, cocktails and tasty meals.

A 30-minute drive west brings you to George Town, where you'll find a supermarket and various amenities. Don't miss the Low Head Lighthouse and the adorable fairy penguins at the Penguin Tours. Thrill-seekers can explore mountain bike networks on the outskirts.

Getting Around:
Due to Lulworth's remote location, guests will need to have access to a car.

Please note that Lulworth does not have any shops or amenities within the area itself. Please come prepared with your groceries, petrol and other requirements prior to arrival. You will find an IGA in Bridport and a supermarket in George Town. The closest service station is located at Pipers River where you can refuel and grab some essentials.
