The house is located in a very peaceful area, and has a great view of the mountains, which makes for a stay filled with green nature! The house is very elegant, luxurious and new. With spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms! The property has a beautiful backyard with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture (chairs and table) which guests can use to relax and it is perfect for kids to play! Inside the house all the appliances work great! This home is perfect for a family as it has the homely vibe! In addition the house is centrally located, walking distance from Edgemont Village (shopping center), and a few minutes drive to Grouse Mountain(skiing and snowboarding, hiking), Suspension Bridge (WORLDS longest suspension bridge) and Cleveland Dam (dam, views of lake, nature trails). It is a 15 minutes drive to Downtown.
