In February 2024 a pool and attached jetted tub will be added to the home. This is to be completed by the end of March.

Chase the Dream II is a beautiful and spacious home just steps from the sparkling water of Ocean Isle Beach. Six bedrooms with a king size bed and bathroom for each. Sit back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening conversation from the spacious covered decks. This home has an elevator to make moving from floor to floor a breeze. A brand new pool is being added for the 2024 summer, so get your sunscreen ready. This is a privately owned home and is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

Chase the Dream II has recently been purchased & added to our inventory. The owner has installed all new furniture, carpet, bedding, as well as new HVAC systems.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
