Guests seeking the additional fourth master bedroom + ensuite must communicate this preference when booking, and only costs an additional $100 per night. The Space:
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms comprising 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 Singles with an additional single trundle. The optional 4th bedroom features a King bed and ensuite.

Comfort and Connectivity: All bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi provided.

Chef-Style Kitchen: A versatile, spacious, and modern chef-style kitchen with amenities such as a large family fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sizable gas stove, and oven. Fully stocked with essential kitchenware and utensils, complemented by an open-plan dining area.

Private Suites: The South wing features a private, air-conditioned master suite with a King bed and ensuite (if booked). The 2nd bedroom in this wing includes an air-conditioned Queen bed with an ensuite.

Additional Sleeping Spaces: The North wing comprises two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed suite, and the third bedroom with 2 single beds plus a child trundle. All bedrooms in the North wing are air-conditioned.

Laundry Facilities: A full laundry for convenience, complete with washer and dryer.

Bath and Entertainment: Main bathroom includes a luxurious deep bath. Child's high chair and family board games are provided for entertainment.

Linen Supplied: Linens are supplied; guests only need to bring their beach towels.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a lovely grassed area and an outside shower for a refreshing post-surf rinse. Outside parking is available, please avoid parking on the grass and note that the garage is not accessible.
