Townhouse rules:
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve and ID verified through VRBO.

- Max 7 persons occupancy
- No parties, rowdy guests or stags/stagettes
- Guests who does not comply with rules will be placed a fine as per strata of $300 per strata plus security fees of $250 and will be asked to leave with no refunds
- No smoking whatsoever including patio and any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in minimum $1000 fine plus for cleaning
- Guests will follow the check in and check out steps by VRBO platform
- No pets at this time as we are fully carpeted

Great place to stay

The unit was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. The location is a nice walk through the Village North and and Village Center. We left our rental board at the equipment valet overnight for free. We too the shuttle once, but preferred the walk. Nice that the living room is separate from the kitchen and dining room. The sofa was super comfortable. We played some of the board games available. Highly recommend.

Ditch the car once you get here, walk to everywhere. Located in quiet complex, walk to groceries, restaurants, shops and ski hills. Short bus lift to the mountains. Located right across from the market place & Olympic Plaza.
