Our 27 square meter studio is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality. It features a cozy Queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers. The space is furnished with modern amenities, including a 32" HDTV with Chromecast, Netflix and Sky TV, ensuring entertainment is just a click away.

Through compact, our cooking area is well-equipped for your basic culinary needs. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, and essential cooking utensils like plates, bowls, salt and pepper. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or enjoying a late-night snack, we have you covered. (Please note there is no sink in the kitchen area, there is only a microwave so really only ideal for heating food)
Refresh and rejuvenate in our sleek bathroom, complete with all the necessary toiletries for a comfortable stay.
Absolutely central, close to buses, trains and ferries. Aotea & Civic Theatres and Spark Arena a short walk away. A 10- minute walk to The Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter, Sky Casino, Britomart & Commercial Bay for shopping and restaurant precincts. Overall, just a perfect city stay.
A mere 10-minute walk to the Cruise terminal and a 5-minute walk to the Skydrive airport bus.

Perfect in every way! The flat was spotless and included incredibly thoughtful bathroom and kitchen amenities, a super comfortable bed and a peaceful night’s sleep.
