This two bedroom, two bath unit is located on the 3rd floor (walk-up) with a sizable balcony for outdoor dining and relaxation overlooking the pool and tennis courts. Entering into the kitchen area, you'll see the beautifully updated kitchen in black and white and cool backsplash, separate dining table and breakfast bar for two, comfortable living area with a mounted, big screen TV with wifi to keep connected and stream your favorites during your stay.
Sandy Lane Estates not only has a great outdoor pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy, but also basketball courts for players young and old. Situated on the quieter bayside, you are a short distance to the beach, notable restaurants such as Buxy's Salty Dog, Dry Dock, Coins and more, plus Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park is right around the corner.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has both a double bed and bunk bed (2 singles), plus the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The condo provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
Guests must supply the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
