Enjoy a clean, peaceful, private stay with all the amenities of home. A large suite with private entrance only 15 minutes to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golfing, shopping or sports. Explore the Wine Trail minutes away. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio while enjoying beautiful mountain and yard views. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. Perhaps you prefer to BBQ outside on the patio. The beds in our Sea Breeze and Tranquil Oasis bedrooms are clean and super comfortable. Sea Breeze room is bright and spacious and overlooks the yard and mountains. Tranquil Oasis has a double bed with an overhead twin bunk. The recently added full-sized stacked washer & dryer is located in the large walk in closet alongside clothes storage and a small fold down computer desk. The great room is bright & spacious, with plenty of seating. Large ground level picture windows overlook yard & mountain views. Fold down the Lazyboy dual recliner and enjoy Netfix or cable TV on the Smart TV. Open the Tickle Trunk and select a board game, trivia, adult game,puzzle or cards. Soundproofing measures have been taken to help isolate the suite from the main living areas. However, some sound transmission occurs through the adjoining fire door. Water quality from our New water treatment facility is excellent.
West Kelowna City has it's own rules regarding Short-Term-Rentals. By choosing a legal Short term rental you elliminate the risk of your vacation being cancelled due to legislative closure. Our property is Licensed for Short term Rental. We are fully insured, and meet the most recent sound, fire & safety codes.
Ask for discounts up to 30% off our regular rates.during January - March, November & December. . Note: the maximum allowed stay for a licensed Short Term Rental is 30 days. ( For longer stays, you must vacate 1 day between each 30 day rental contract then rebook) Some exceptions and unique situations may apply for people looking for accomodation during their home construction or renovations.

Douglas, formally employed in Prosthetics, enjoys home improvement projects, repairing mechanical things & gardening. I enjoy running my licenced Short-Term-Rental business which allows us to meet & share our home with guests, while helping with retirement. Linda is a Registered Nurse who loves traveling, golf and outdoor activities. We have our own personal exercise trainer named Gracie. Sheis an Australian Shepperd/ Poodle cross.. She keeps us outside and active on twice daily walks and excursions.
