The kitchen is equipped with the most important basics for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start! The dining table is where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. At the end of the day, when it’s time to rest and recharge, there’s a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 10 km or 6.2 miles away. There are paid parking spots outside the apartment.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
Potential for Noise: Located in the “Zona Rosa' with lots of nightlife activity, including bars and nightclubs. We provide guests with earplugs to ensure a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.

Kindly note that there are windows, but they do not open. Instead, there are small shutters that you can open, but the airflow is not the best. Please do not turn the A/C switch on, as it will bring dust into the apartment.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Around-the-clock security is provided, with security guards stationed in the lobby to authorize entry into the tower. Additionally, a lockbox is installed at the apartment door to access the keys. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
