Gorgeous looks but issues inside

We absolutely loved the location of this rental. It was the perfect size for two families with children and dogs. The backyard was the perfect outdoor space for all of us. However, when we arrived we noticed a pretty strong cigarette smell and the laundry was not done. Once we settled in we noticed the main bath seems like it had some major issues that needed to be repaired. The bath plumbing was difficult to work with and the bathtub was not functional for baths for our littlest kids. I reached out to the host via email twice and never heard back. The listing also mentioned it has all the necessities but we noticed a lot of things we normally get in a rental were missing. We didn't have storage containers or spices beyond salt and pepper and we ended up having to buy dishwasher pods. I will say the kitchen tools, knives, pots, and pans, were awesome. We also thought the actual beds and linens were good as well: soft and clean!
