Other things to note
We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance as needed. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.

Snow removal will be completed by a 3rd party when there is over 3cm of snow on the ground, within 24 hrs of the snow fall.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

To watch Netflix or other streaming services, please use your own login information. Apps will be available on the TV.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

This is the upper unit of the house so there is some potential for noise from downstairs. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking.

Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. You will not have access to control the temperature because the thermostat controls the temperature for the other unit too.
