Welcome to Casa de Suenos, a brand new luxurious and tasteful villa in Los Cabos. This stunning home is located in one of Cabo's new and most beautiful communities, Quivira. Complete with an expansive pool area, gorgeous main room, and 5 bedrooms that each have an attached bathroom, this home is the perfect place for a peaceful stay in paradise.

The community of Quivira offers resort quality living and world-class amenities. Their amenities include over 20 miles of walking/biking/hiking trails, the premier Quivira Golf Course, a fitness center, a family sports park, village center, botanical gardens, and more than 400 acres of beachfront conservation areas. The Quivira Golf Course is known as one of the top 100 courses in the world and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.

The pool area of Casa de Suenos is certainly the highlight of this elegant home. The private pool and hot tub feature amazing views of the ocean and golf course below. The pool has built-in barstools to enjoy a drink and relax in the warm Cabo sunshine. Next to the pool is a cozy firepit area with lounge seating. This is the perfect place to watch the sun rise or set with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Near the pool area there is also an outdoor dining table with a nearby mini-fridge, sink, bathroom, and gas grill. Closer to the house there is a formal outdoor dining table and lounge area.

As you enter the home, you will immediately notice the open layout and sharp, chic design. The main room has a plethora of seating with a backdrop of the ocean beyond. This is a great place to relax on the large sectional while you plan out your day. Directly adjacent to the main room is the beautiful kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare full meals, snacks, or to make a few drinks. Grocery pre-stocking is also available upon request!

The primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary with stunning views of the ocean and golf course. This room includes private access to the pool area, a walk-in closet, a desk and chair, a smart TV, and a stunning en-suite bathroom. The primary suite bathroom has dual sinks, a stand alone bathtub, and two gorgeous showers - one indoor and one outdoor.

The secondary suite is also incredible. This room has private pool access, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a beautiful attached bathroom. The secondary suite bathroom has dual sinks, a stand alone bathtub, and a shower as well.

The guest suite has a separate entrance that can be accessed near the front door of Casa de Suenos. This room is more secluded, has a desk and chair, a smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower.

The 4th and 5th bedrooms are Jack and Jill bedrooms. They both have queen beds and share a bathroom that has two sinks and two showers. The outdoor shower has direct access to the indoor shower.

Details About Beach Access:
• Guests have access to the beach in Quivira (This area is not swimmable due to strong riptides)
• Guests also have access to the partner resort in downtown Cabo, Pueblo Bonito
• Pueblo Bonito has beach access where the water is swimmable. This resort is available via the shuttle from Quivira or via car
• Our property manager will schedule shuttle service or any vehicle pick up to make your stay as easy as possible!


Guests will have access to the Quivira golf club, the fitness center, several exclusive restaurants, and other community amenities.
