The Space:

Nestled in the heart of downtown, situated about 2 blocks from stunning beaches and only 1 block from the famous 5th Ave, where you’ll find an array of cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops alongside bustling nightlife and prime people-watching opportunities.
As you step inside, you're greeted by a roomy open design that seamlessly blends the sitting area, the kitchen, the dining area, and the bed. The sitting area has a cozy sofa for relaxing downtime and the kitchenette has all the essentials to prepare a basic meal. For dining in or if you need to work on your laptop, the dining table is there for you. If you’d prefer to eat, drink, and work in the fresh air, your private balcony has a small table and chairs.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, the king bed with lovely linens and plush pillows promises a solid night's sleep. To help ensure your comfort, the room has been outfitted with room-darkening shades, a ceiling fan, and A/C. The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in shower and ample counter space to unpack your bath essentials.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll love the location of this property! You’ll be about 2 blocks from the beach and beach clubs like Mamitas and Carolina Daylight Club and about 1 block to the Chedraui Selecto, a super nice grocery store. You’ll also be about a block from the famous 5th Ave, a pedestrian street lined with boutique shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and so much more to discover!
Getting Around:
The condo is about 56.6 km or 35.2 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There’s underground parking, you just need to ask the receptionist for access if there's is availability. We can arrange private transportation for you. Just let us know!
Other Things to Note:
- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!
- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using the code on the lockbox to obtain the keys. The code will be provided to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
