Welcome to the Lazy Bear Condo in the Mountain Air community in Burnsville, NC. Just a short drive north of Asheville, NC, come and enjoy a relaxing vacation and beautiful mountain views. Just a few steps down from the parking lot, this lower level spacious home offers enough space for the family with three bedrooms and spacious bathrooms on each level. Come and apply your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy family meals around the table in the dining space. If you like to grill, the propane gas grill on the balcony is a great option for you. Whether you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing, to simply relaxing, the Lazy Bear Condo is a great option for you.

Thanksgiving Fun

We had a great time at Mountain Air! Lots of trails on and off the map of the mountain. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Some items needed to be addressed but when brought to the manager she was very appreciative of our information.

Beautiful get away!

Visited with my husband and 2 daughters. Checkout procedures very clear and accurate. Kitchen well stocked with all your needs. Plenty of towels, clean beds, beautifully decorated. Fireplace - great price for actual quality stay!
