About this property
Steel Panorama—Industrial Chic off High Street
Multi-levels of retro-cool design effortlessly blended with contemporary comforts offer a refined urban experience at this three-storey unit. A large open-plan living area and two balconies with uninterrupted skyline views encourage your group to come together, while a study nook and three air-conditioned bedrooms allow for plenty of privacy. You'll be less than a five-minute stroll from Northcote Plaza and High Street's countless eateries, with easy access into the CBD via Northcote Station.
Tucked behind the hustle and bustle of High Street, experience the local vibe of Northcote—with restaurants, boutique shopping and public transport within easy reach.
Flick on the air-conditioning and sink into the leather lounge, with an eclectic library collection and large TV catering to your evening entertainment. Sliding doors drench the space in natural light, extending to a balcony with seating for two. The dining area is composed of a charming wooden round table and adjoins the living and kitchen areas for effortless social flow. When you aren’t sampling the city's renowned restaurant scene, stock up on groceries at Northcote Plaza and prepare a home-cooked meal for your group. There is ample space and storage with a large kitchen island and a French-door fridge.
Find a quiet hush in the three air-conditioned bedrooms. Encompassing the entire top floor, the primary bedroom enjoys the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, comfortable queen bed and access to a second balcony. On the ground floor, you'll find the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, reading chair and sunny wall-to-wall sliders attached to an intimate patio. The charming third bedroom has a double bed and a study nook ideal for remote workers. This level also houses the main monochrome bathroom.
A free parking spot is provided in the garage for one car.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Northcote is bursting with creativity and character and is an easy 30-minute tram ride from the iconic CBD. The suburb's vibrant scene is a staple for cutting-edge art, fashion, music and food. Music lovers should be booking ahead at Northcote Social Club, just a nine-minute walk away, or Northcote Theatre, an easy 12-minute walk away, to see a rocking selection of artists with many international acts. Great food and coffee aren’t far with buzzing cafes like Bicycle Thieves and Field Black at your doorstep just under a two-minute walk from home. To find some hush from the city hum head to All Nations Park, a quick seven-minute walk away, to retreat to lush greenery, picnic spots, an outdoor gym and a skatepark. Additional conveniences include a Coles Shopping centre just two minutes away.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Please note that CCTV cameras are in operation in all common areas of the building.
