From the parking garage, you can walk right in to this 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo at The Falls!

Enter into the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The dining room offers a 6-top table, with an extra 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The living room features a chaise sofa and recliner to relax in while you watch something on the large flatscreen TV or take in the ambiance of the electric fireplace. There's also a wet bar off the dining room.

Walk out onto the screened deck and sit in one of the conversational chairs or take a seat at the 5-top table next to the propane BBQ grill. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flatscreen smart TV and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, as well as a smart TV. The guest bathroom can either be accessed from the guest bedroom or the hall. There is a stack washer/dryer in the unit available for use during your stay.

With this condo, you get one designated parking spot in the garage. The spot is on the same level as the condo, making this a walk-in unit from there. You may park one additional car on the main level in the first come, first serve unmarked spots. From there you can either take the elevator down or walk down 36 steps to the condo.

This condo does come with a 10 x 28 boat slip available for guest use.

**Please note that this complex does not have boat trailer parking available, and it's very tight, so if you're bringing a boat, plan on dropping it off before arriving at the condo.
