This character filled home is ideal for families, offering loads of activities for the kids and family friendly indoor and outdoor living options. Accommodating up to 9 guests, with the best of the Mornington Peninsula at your doorstep. Plenty of off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.

Open plan kitchen and meals area, featuring direct access to the rear deck and outdoor dining and BBQ area. The kitchen offers gas hot plates, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a 5 sear dining table. The cosy lounge features comfortable couches, a gas log fire, loads of board games, and a wide screen TV.

The fully fenced back yard is a kids playground featuring swings, a trampoline, cricket set, footy & soccer balls, tennis rackets, and a volleyball net. Secure parking behind the gated carport.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
