The Space:

Experience a chic stay in this luminous and sleekly designed studio with a plush king-sized bed, quality linens, blackout curtains, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and rainfall showerhead.

The space is designed to exude a soothing vibe for when you’re relaxing at home. Watch your shows or a good movie on the Smart TV from bed or prepare a simple meal in the kitchen which features all the essentials you’d need. You have a dining table for two to enjoy your meals in peace. If you need to do a little work or study, there’s also a laptop-friendly desk and chair area beneath the TV.

Open the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to the balcony when you need some fresh air or to enjoy your coffee or beverage. There are 2 chairs and a table there to breathe in the heaven we call Tulum!

There’s also a rooftop pool when you need a refreshing dip as well as some loungers to work on your tan. A washer and dryer are provided in the common area on the ground floor for all guests and owners to use, free of charge.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the common grounds and complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in Aldea Zama, a 4-min drive to the beach road at Coba or Kulkukan and to the center of town where you’ll find trendy shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions. The beach is about an 8-min drive to the start of Tulum’s famous lush road is filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-renowned dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs.

The best grocery store is Chedraui (2.2 km | 1.4 miles away), and you’ll be near the Tulum Ruins and refreshing cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area) like Cenote Escondido and Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve for a river float or visit an X-park|Eco-park like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. - Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
