Boat Launch: There is a boat launch on the property. Nothing larger than a pontoon boat due to local bridge heights.
Bugs: The property is sprayed for mosquitoes, though they are still prevalent during the summer months.
Cable: Streaming services are available at the property.
Cell Phone Service: All major carriers work well in this area.
Coffee Maker: There are 2 single cup Keurig at the house and one in bunkhouse.

Dock: There are two docks located at the property! One dock is 16' x 4', and the other dock is 80' x 8'.
Drinking Water: Well water is used at this property, however, there is a filtration system throughout the whole house.
Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
Fireplace: There is a wood fireplace located in the house, and a fire log stove in the Florida Room. Duraflame logs will be provided for your stay. Please do not use any other firewood for the fireplace.
Fire-pit: 6' fire pit and a 3' fire pit (6' by the kayaks and 3' outside of Florida room)
Fishing: The Grand River is home to many fish, such as salmon, largemouth bass, walleye, and Muskie.
Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan. You can purchase online.
Fishing Poles: There are 8 fishing poles with an assortment of hooks, weights, and bobbers for guests to use.

Parking: This property features a circle drive and can comfortably fit between 4 to 6 cars. There is a designated 4 prong 220v 30amp available for electric vehicle charging or RV power as well.

Privacy: Sitting on 76 acres of land, this property is very private. There are 33 outdoor cameras, including trail cams.
Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
Space: 3,248 sq. ft. single story home with bunkhouse about 50 feet from the property. We ask that our guests do not re-arrange the furniture. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.
Seniors: The beds in the main home are all very tall and would be very difficult for the average senior citizen or shorter person to enter. This property has one step up to the main door, and is a one level home.
