Willow lodge is the perfect accommodation for wedding guests, bridal parties, relaxing group stays, work trips, weekend escapes, romantic getaways, and elopements. There is plenty of space and freedom on this beautifully set 1.5 acres in a rural setting north of Auckland. Only a few minutes from Warkworth Township you are handy to shops, cafes, and popular attractions.

This unique spot is the perfect central base for exploring Warkworth’s surrounding treasures, we are close to stunning beaches and wine areas. Goat Island, Kawau Island, Tawharanui, and Matakana are all within easy reach from here.

On the property is a stand-alone lodge separate from the owner's main home. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay including a small kitchenette with 2 small fridges, Nespresso, Air-fryer, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. There is no oven but there is a bbq for guests to use. Please see the lodge layout in the gallery photos. The layout is perfect for group stays.

Ali, her husband Kent, her daughter, reside in the main house. Willow Lodge has been renovated tastefully keeping the history and mature trees for guests to enjoy.

1.5 acres of landscaped grounds comprise flowing lawns, a cottage garden abundant with beautiful roses and box hedging, mature deciduous trees, and woodland nooks.

Willow Lodges setting makes it an ideal venue for weddings, reunions, birthdays, work stays, relaxing night stays, yoga, meditation, or group activity.

Why they chose this property

The accommodation has been very well thought out and has lots on offer, including the use of a hot tub & private outdoor area, seating throughout the grounds, and a fairy woodland area for the kiddies.

What makes this property unique

Willow Lodge is one of Warkworth's most iconic and interesting stately homes, it has boutique accommodation onsite separate to the owner's main home.

Initially, the lodge was set up as a Bed and Breakfast in the 90s and has hosted many politicians, TV celebrities, weddings, and local events over the years with guest entries still on site today.
