Summary:
This lovely, light filled apartment is in one of the nicest complexes in Melbourne, and one of several apartments we manage here. Set in in acre of gardens with a large solar heated pool, spa gym and tennis court, it's just a short stroll to Melbourne's exciting CBD, Southbank, MCG, convention centre and botanical gardens. It has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony overlooking the gardens, another rear terrace with BBQ and comes with a free car park.

The Space:
This lovely and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps 5 people. It has everything you need for your home away from home including:
- As with all our apartments they are professionally cleaned and provided with freshly laundered hotel quality linen.
- both bedrooms have split king beds, so they can either be made as king beds or split into 2 king singles (please let us know how you want the beds configured when you book)
- a sofa chair in the lounge folds out to make a SINGLE sofa bed suitable for a child or small adult
- a fully equipped kitchen
- Microwave
- Toaster and kettle
- Pots and pans
- All essential cooking and eating utensils
- Fridge freezer
- A bathroom with bath and shower (shower gel and shampoo supplied)
- Hairdryer

Guest Access:
The standard check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am or earlier. We try to be flexible when we can so let us know what time you expect to arrive at the time of booking. If the apartment is being cleaned you will be able to pick up keys from a nearby key nest service and drop your bags, however the cleaning is done without the guests being there.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the middle of Melbourne's dynamic arts precinct which includes the Victorian Arts Centre, National Gallery of Victoria, and at last count about 14 theatre spaces!
It is only 500 metres from the Yarra River and Southbank Promenade and just a short tram ride or easy walk to the city centre, major shopping precints, South Melbourne Market, Federation Square, MCG and botanical gardens. There are a number of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and parks with children play areas nearby.

Getting Around:
You could hardly be in a better place to get around Melbourne.
There is a tram stop directly outside the front door that is only a couple of minutes to Flinders Street station (the main metropolitan train station) in one direction and the South Melbourne beach in the other direction.
Also within 100 metres is Melbourne bike share, where you can rent bicycles at very affordable rates.
There is also a bus stop within 100metres.

But with all this public transport within such easy reach the vast majority of our guests (and we ourselves) still choose to walk to most places.
