Friendly and positive dealings with Bachcare staff. However I realised the day before we were due to go I had not received an email with all the details of collecting the key etc. I did get through hold of someone who was very helpful and she said the records had my email with an e missing and so I had not received it. All was rectified, but as I am logged into the bachcare site and this has my correct email on it. I am not sure of the connection between Book a Bach and Bachcare?
