The booking system and communications worked well and the local representative was friendly and helpful. We do find the Bachcare system of having to arrange to meet the local representative at the start and finish of each stay more tiresome than other properties we have rented where, for example, there is a key box with the keys in and they are left there at the end of the stay or there is a local,drop box.
I find the cancellation rules very strict and inflexible. I was been told my credit card was errorneous for my 2nd property booking. Upon investigation, they had given me 2 wrong credit card details that did not belong to me. The saving grace was I had a good host manager, Angela. I appreciate her understanding and hospitality.
