We had a number of issues after booking and paying the deposit months in advance. We were contacted 2 weeks prior to arrival date to be told that we could no longer have the property and that if we didn't accept the unsuitable change in property they could not offer us anything else. On further discussion this was sorted. Next we were told the pool wasn't heated although this is stated on the site again further discussion corrected this. No one had turned on hot water, was no toaster or kettle.
