  • Good communication. It was straight forward and easy to make the booking. The 4 pm check in was a little on the late side, I was contacted by the cleaner at 1:30 pm to advise the cottage was now available. (at my request to the Manager as the 4 pm check in was in my opinion too late) I was also advised the fridge was to be restocked which did not occur. The cottage is nicely situated and is a restful location to spend a few relaxing days.
