I don't have a problem with property but I do have a issue with how we ended up in the property. I book another property and received a text message from the agent of Harcourts informing me that I was moved to this property because of some issues they had at the other property and that this property was better for me. I called the agent to told her that I was not happy and was basically told take it or leave it it is a very busy weekend in Taupo and they could not do anything else.
Hi Feyes ,The house you had booked had major problems with plumbing which I was not aware of until I checked the house a few days before your move in date. Last weekend was the Cycle Challenge and over 10,000 people come to townto take part so I was booked to capacity an only had one other property to move you to. It was was of similar standard and the same price and apart from not having SKY TV was suitable for your needs. My apologies if you felt I was being dismissive. Lesley
