The price was great, but the parking was paid and there was no place to store clothes - and cleaning service was an upcharge. We lived out of our suitcases for this trip and had to pay a bit for parking across the street. We wanted the room vacuumed due to dirt sticking to our snow boys, but that was a significant fee per day. The bathroom was also light on storage, so we found creative places to put toothbrushes and such. Overall, I'd stay there again, but it's light on amenities.

Probably the best place to stay if anyone is visiting Minneapolis Minnesota. Clean & easy to check in & out. No parking on premises. Would be nice to park there than across the street.

Elegant and Quiet

We loved it! The furnishings are so elegant and simple, yet comfortable. The cupboards were stocked with dishes and silverware, parking was close, and it was SO quiet. We will definitely book again when we return to the Twin Cities?

I didn’t really interact much with staff because there was no need. Would have preferred a room farther away from the elevator since the rooms aren’t very sound proof. Hallway lights were bright, which would have been fine if there was a sliding plate over the peephole and no gaps in the door. The light seeping in made it hard to sleep.

Stayed in a one bedroom with a balcony. The room had 2 bathrooms with showers. The king sized bed was comfortable. The living space had a kitchenette pull out sofa and table with 2 chairs. They had a parking space available for free in a nearby parking garage for free. The only thing I would have preferred having a 2nd tv in the bedroom. You login to the hotel and room using a keycode. The front desk staff were very nice and helped hold doors as we loaded are stuff into our vehicle. Location is walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and the Xcel Energy Center.

Started very poorly, when we could not get in the front door and when we could not find any staff at the front desk or any where else. After many telephone calls and emails from another guest, some one arrived nearly 2 hours after we managed to gain entry. After that the staff and the facilities were excellent.

Comfy beds, great parking options, close to the bus line. Love that it’s like a mini apartment and I didn’t have to worry about going out for every meal. Nice cooktop and amenities. I booked another week at Christmas.
