All day year round sun, this stylish, new 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom home is well appointed and is only 5 minutes drive to Wanaka township. The views across the Clutha river, DOC reserve and spectacular mountain ranges are ever changing and exceptional.
Situated on the edge of the Clutha River opposite the Hawea River junction and a short distance upstream from the Cardrona River outlet (hence the 'Three Rivers' name) with excellent trout fishing at your doorstep and awesome views of surrounding mountains. Beautiful walking and cycle tracks along the Clutha River and to Lake Hawea.
House is fully self contained with 2 bedrooms, a generous open-plan living area, double glazing, underfloor heated bathrooms, double garage, and great indoor/outdoor flow. Freeview TV and DVD. Wood burner fire, heat pump in the living area and heaters in both bedrooms. Kitchen kitted out with modern German appliances. Well insulated construction keeps a constant temperature easily. Flexible sleeping configuration, with one of the beds a split and zippered super-king bed converting to 2 king single beds – or zips back together.
Stage 1 of a 2 stage building dream, the house construction was just completed in June 2010, so minimal landscaping or planting has been done yet. But this does allow for unrestricted views across the river and mountain scape and the site is the most stunning location.
The perfect place for a couple, or two couples who want a break away, or ideal for a family (with school age children or older) holiday.

For bookings of 7 nights or more, linen hire is complementary.

For stays of 4 nights or more, cleaning is inclusive.
