New Zealand bed and breakfasts

Perfect place for us to stay when we were in Dunedin for an All Blacks test.

The Shed was roomy and comfortable with great entertainment (pool table, games, tv, books, feeding the animals), good breakfast provided, a lovely park next door and so close to town (lots of dining options) and also handy to Hobbiton, golf, hot pools. Maria was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was so helpful with our dogs - we really enjoyed our stay.

Just an outstanding stay with wonderful hosts who have created a warm and creative atmosphere inside and out. We felt hugely welcomed. …and our dog Elton had the time of his life—he arrived back home happily exhausted!

This property is perfect! It has the most wonderful view, interior and host! Polly and Russell were so kind and gave me their seasick tablets for my boat trips as the pharmacy was closed. Luckily I didn’t need to use them.The interior had everything you need and was so comfortable and quiet. To wake up to their view of the mountains was breathtaking. Highly recommend! Location great, cleanliness great, provisions great, access great, nothing about the property could be faulted. Property owner was well prepared and friendly when we arrived, communication before arrival was excellent. The only (very very minor) request for improvement would be a light on the sign on the road, we returned at night and struggled to locate the entrance confidently in the dark. Noting this did not detract from the stay in the slightest.
